What do sealcoaters do? Sealcoating is a preventative maintenance measure that helps protect your asphalt from the environmental deterioration caused by gasoline, oil, alkaline, salts, weather conditions and oxidation.. The process of sealcoating applies a protective layer of rubberized latex over the top of your asphalt investment. Thus safeguarding and prolonging the life of your asphalt.
